Gautami denies about her daughter in Varma

Varma is the Tamil remake of the Telugu film Arjun Reddy which is being directed by Bala and marks the debut launch vehicle of Dhruv Vikram, son of Chiyaan Vikram. There are quite a few contenders for the post of heroin in the film.

While it was said that Shalini Pandey herself would do the honors, there are also talks that Shreya Sharma, child artist who was seen in Silunnu Oru Kaadhal, would be making her debut as heroine. But as per some of the English dailies, Subbulakshmi, daughter pf actress Gautami would be the chosen one.

However, Gautami was quick to deny this piece of information with a tweet that said that he daughter is right now focusing on studies. She tweeted, “Taken aback to see news about my daughter's acting debut. Subhalakshmi is committed to her studies and has no plans for acting now. Thank you all for your blessings on her”.
