Gautami making a comeback

Gautami is making a comeback to Malayalam. Her last film in Malayalam was ‘Varum Varunnu Vannu’ released in 2003.

Her new film is titled ‘Vishwasapoorvam Mansoor’ and is directed by P T Kunju Muhammed. ‘Aanandam’ fame Roshan Mathew and Prayaga Martin play the lead roles.

Gautami essays the role of a modern mother-in-law named Malieakal Fathima Beevi, mother of the character played by Roshan Mathew. The film also features Renji Panicker, Shweta Menon, and Sajitha Madathil.
