Gautham Menon, Gautam Karthik film gets going

It looks like Gautham Menon after abandoning the project with Suriya, is concentrating more on producing films.

Sources say that Gautham would be producing yet another film that is going to be directed by Vignesh Shiva of Podaa Podi fame. It is being said that this flick will have Kadal fame Gautam Karthik in the lead.

Though it is in the initial stages of discussion, sources say that this film will be a new age rom-com. The details regarding the rest of the cast and crew and the schedules will be announced soon.

Meantime, Gautham Menon’s another production Thanga Meengal will be screened at the Indian Panorama section of International Film Festival of India to be held in Goa. The film will also be screened in the non-competitive section (Children's World) at the 18th International Children's Film Festival India, to be held in Hyderabad in November 2013.

Apart from these two, Gautham Menon is also producing the Jai-Santhanam-VTV Ganesh starrer Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum.
