Gautham Menon sings for Radha Mohan

Feb 27, 2015 JB

Radha Mohan is busy with his film Uppu Karuvadu starring Karunakaran and Nanditha. The film has Steeve Vatz as the music director. It is reported that director Gautham Menon had rendered a song in the film.

Updating about this Radha Mohan says, “I know Gautham is a good singer and I have heard him sing in parties. Steeve Vatz, the music director of Uppu Karuvadu is a good friend of Gautham Menon and in fact it was Gautham who introduced Steeve to me. When Steeve wanted to use Gautham’s voice for one song, we approached him but he was busy with Yennai Arindhaal and hence we recorded the song in Steeve’s voice.”

Elaborating further, Radha Mohan says that once Gautham was free from Yennai Arindhaal, he called to find out if Radha Mohan still wanted his voice. Totally excited by this, Steeve invited Gautham and recorded the song. “When I heard it, I was really happy and am quite impressed with Gautham’s voice”, signs off the Mozhi director. Looks like Gautham Menon just does not excel in direction but in singing too!
