Heirs of the affluent political family getting into Tamil cinema and excelling is not new. It may seem an easy entry but the huge expectations on them can be very challenging to handle. Gunanidhi, an MBBS graduate, grandson of Dr. Ramadoss and cousin of Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss has done the lead role in a 30 min short film named 'Stroke of Dissonance' and is all set to get into Tamil cinema industry. This short film will be sent to many international film festivals.

Talking about this, Gunanidhi says, "I am into theatres right from my childhood. Acting has always been my passion. I joined theatre lab and did many street plays and dramas. "Stroke of Dissonance" is a 30 min short film with just one character in the movie. This psychological thriller is about the struggles of a violinist and what happens when he does not find the right inspiration. I trained in violin for 4 months for this role from a German Violinist.

My family gave total support to my acting passion. In fact, it was my grandfather who asked me to join the theatre institute and train myself. I am really hoping to keep learning more and more, enter into cinema and make it big with my hard work".
