GV Prakash to team with director Arivazhagan

Director Arivazhagan’s latest film was Kuttram 23, a medical thriller that had Arun Vijay in the lead. The film had won appreciation from critics. Now, the director would be helming a film that would have GV Prakash as the hero.

Prakash has been having a slew of films right now in his kitty that includes Bala’s Naachiyaar, Adangathey, Sema, Ayngaran, 4 G, Kuppathu Raja, Sarvam Thaala Mayam and 100% Kaadhal.

This venture of Arivazhagan and Prakash is expected to be bankrolled by Michael Rayappan for Global Infotainment. It will be a love story, unlike the director’s previous films that belonged to the thriller genre. Currently, selection of other cast and crew members for this film is underway. Prakash will also be doubling up as the music composer for the film. Earlier it was reported that Arivazhagan was to bring Manju Warrier to Tamil. But sources claim that it is not for this film and that it will be a different actress for this film.
