Hareesh Kalyan sings for Simbu

Harish Kalyan, though has acted in quite a few films, his popularity rose after his Bigg Boss participation. He recently signed a film with fellow Bigg Boss contestant Raiza.

While he is known to people as an actor, not many know that he is also a singer. He had recently lent his voice for the Santhanam-starrer Sakka Podu Podu Raja for which Simbu is debuting as the music composer. This is a peppy number and also features a rap portion sung by ADK (Aaryan Dinesh Kanagaratnam) of Thalli Pogathey fame. It will appear in quite a few places in the film.

About this, Harish mentions, "I had met Simbu after my stint inside the Bigg Boss house. He knows that I can sing as well, as he has heard a few of my songs, like I'm Single, which I had worked on with a friend. A few days ago, he called to ask me if I wanted to try singing a song in this film. We did a voice test and two days later, we recorded the song."
