Harikumar to make a film on child prodigy Clint

Director Harikumar is making a movie based on the life story of Edmund Thomas Clint, the child prodigy, who left the world at the age of seven, leaving behind around 25,000 drawings and paintings.


The movie is titled ‘Clint’. The first look poster is released. The poster shows Clint’s real family picture and the characters who enact them.


Master Alok plays the role of Clint. Unni Mukiundan and Rima Kallingal play his parents. After a long preparation of three years, the film has started rolling in February.


The script and dialogues are written by Harikumar and K V Mohankumar. ‘Clint’ is produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies.


The movie also features Salim Kumar, K P A C Lalitha, Joy Mathew, Renji Panicker, Vinay Forrt, and child artists Akshara, Rudra, Nakshatra, Drupath, Amith, and Amar. Mullaparambil Thomas Joseph and Chinnamma, the real parents of Clint, act as his parents in a part of the movie.


Madhu Ambatt is the cinematographer and the music is scored by Illairaja. The lyrics are penned by Prabha Varma.
