'HHM and IAMK won't brand me as an adult film actor', Gautham Karthik

Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu (IAMK) is the second directorial of Santhosh P Jeyakumar of Hara Hara Mahadevaki (HHMK) fame. The IAMK team comprising of the director Santhosh P Jeyakumar, Gautham Karthik, Yashika Anand and Shah Ra met the press for an interaction recently.

Speaking at the occasion, hero Gautham Karthik said, “HHM and IAMK won't brand me as an adult film actor among the audience. An actor is known by his last film, so I don't think these two films will stereotype me. Mr Chandaramouli is a family entertainer, and my next with Muthiah is a rural action thriller, which are no way similar to this film. Audience should start accepting films from this genre like Bollywood”.

He also added that even his father, Karthik is eagerly waiting for the film. “Neither Santhosh nor I remember the story we discussed the first time around. Though we shot day and night nonstop for twenty-three days, it was completely fun working with the crew.
