I will do Mankatha 2, Raai Laxmi

Raai Laxmi who is known for her roles in films like Dhaam Dhoom, Mankatha, Kanchana, Onbadhula Guru and others has signed on her 50th film not in Tamil or Telugu or Kannada but in Hindi. The film is titled Julie 2 and she has also done her cameo in A R Murugadoss’s Akira which is the remake of Tamil Mounaguru.

In Tamil, currently she is doing Sowcarpettai with Srikanth which is said to be a horror flick. She is also busy in Telugu with Pawan Kalyan. Looks like the lady has a busy diary!

Meanwhile when she was asked if she would do a Mankatha 2 as the director Venkat Prabhu had recently mentioned, Raai Laxmi was quite excited. She said, “Of course, I am willing to do a role in the film if offered. Mankatha was one film which I relay loved working in. But my character got killed in the film. So don’t know how Venkat Prabhu may conjure up the events. “
