'Idi Modalu' - first Telugu crowd-funded film

Idhi Modhalu - A new Telugu film announced on Tuesday has two specialities. The film will be directed by five young first-time directors - Sai Chakaravrthi, Raj Chanvell, Rupak Ronaldson, Hari Shankar and Uday Gurrala and the film is the first crowd-funded Telugu project.

The star hunt of the film will begin from this month end. The makers are estimating the budget of the film as 50 Lakhs and they have already raised 30% of it from online donations. Idhi Modhali is about the different stages in an individual's life. The five directors will be canning each portion which will be of 30 minutes long.
