Ilayaraja announces music competition for his fans

Music maestro Ilayaraja has planned to conduct a competition for his fans. Raja, as he is fondly called by everyone, has scored music for more than thousand films across various languages. With the intention of strengthening his relationship with his fans, this competition is said to have started.

Talking about this Raja says, “My fans have been showering me with abundant affection. I am conducting this competition to encourage them and I also believe that this will certainly strengthen the bond between us. People who want to participate in this competition, will have to send me the details of all the songs that I have scored with the details of singers and the film in which it features. I would compare them with the details that I have and I would suitably reward the correct entries”.
