Illaiyaraja's concert in London

Musician Illaiyaraja will be performing in London on August 24. Though the acclaimed musician has done recording and mixing for his songs in London, this is for the first time that the maestro will be performing in London. The five-hour concert will take place at the O2 Arena and 19 singers will participate in it.

Illaiyaraja recently met the media and said that his team plans to perform 43 songs in the concert and the rehearsals are going on in full swing.

Singers like SP Balasubramaniam, Illaiyaraja’s sons Yuvan and Karthik, his daughter Bhavatharini will also be part of the show along with other singers. Another highlight of the event is that actor Kamal Haasan will be present for the concert.
