Imman upset over remake issue

Music composer D Imman was in for a shock recently. The tunes he composed for the film, Manam Kothi Paravai, a Tamil film starring Sivakarthikeyan and directed by Ezhil, have been used in the Kannada remake of the film without his knowledge.

He is upset that he was not informed that his tunes will be used for the film in Kannada, Anjada Gandu. The Kannada producer who bought the remake rights has used Tamil music director D Imman's tunes.

An upset Imman tweeted, "Shocked to know about MKP's Kannada remake. They have used my song tracks, mixed voices and audio launched with my name on the CD without my knowledge."

The music director is planning to take up with issue with the producers of the film.
