Isha returns to Tamil after 20 years

Actress Isha Koppikar is making a comeback to Tamil cinema through actor Sivakarthikeyan’s next film ‘Ayalaan’. The actress is facing the camera in Tamil after two decades. She will portray the character Eliza, an assassin, in the flick.

Isha was last seen in the film ‘Narasimma’ in 2001. Sharing a working still from the movie, Isha tweeted: “From the sets of my new movie with my director #ravikumar and co actor @Siva_Kartikeyan 📽.”

‘Ayalaan’ is being jointly bankrolled by RD Raja’s 24 AM Studios and Kotapadi J Rajesh’s KJR Studios. This sci-fi is helmed by ace director KS Ravikumar.

It has music by A.R. Rahman. Actress Rakul Preet Singh will be the leading lady in the project, which is a bilingual.
