‘Ishq' in cinemas from May 17

Actor Shane Nigam starrer ‘Ishq’ will reach theatres on May 17. Directed by newbie Anuraj Manohar, the film has the tagline “not a love story.” It’s a full-fledged romantic flick about two youngsters, who try to find joy after they lose out on love.

Ann Sheetal plays the female lead. The entire story revolves around how the lead pair’s friendship blooms via social media.

It is scripted by Ratheesh Ravi. The film also features Shine Tom Chacko, Leona Lishoy, Jaffer Idukki and Kainakary Thankaraj. It’s bankrolled by CV Sarathi, Mukesh R Mehtha and AV Anoop.
