It's a wrap for Mani Ratnam's Kaatru Veliyidai

The shooting of ace director Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai has been completed. This film features Karthi as the hero who plays a pilot. Aditi Rao Hydari, Shraddha Srinath, RJ Balaji and others play important roles.

Sri Thenandal Films will be releasing the movie in Tamilnadu and they informed through their twitter handle about the wrapping of the film. The tweet reads, "And that's a wrap to the much awaited #KaatruVeliyidai! #ManiRatnam #ManiMagic #ReleasingMarch2017@arrahman @Karthi_Offl @aditiraohydari".

AR Rahman scores music while, Sreekar Prasad handles the edit and Ravi Varman is in charge of the camera. Mani Ratnam is known for not going abroad to shoot his film but it looks like he did for Kaatru Veliyidai. The film is much expected by fans as it is a Mani Ratnam’s directorial.
