Jagapathy Babu sheds beard for Suriya 36

Jagapathi Babu who is always seen in a bearded look will be sacrificing his facial hair for his upcoming film starring Suriya in the lead. The handsome actor, who is usually seen in a sports a rugged look, has decided to go for something different for his villain role in the film directed by Selvaraghavan.

Source from the film unit says that he wants to bring freshness to his character and has decided to shave his beard and sport just an elegant moustache instead. It’s going to be a different avatar. The actor will start shooting for the film from mid-April, after he wraps up his portions for Bellamkonda Sreenivas-starrer Saakshyam.

Suriya-Selvaraghavan film is one of the anticipated films of the year as the duo is coming together for the first time. Sai Pallavi plays the heroine while Yuvan Shankar Raja scores the music.
