James McAvoy calls Jennifer Lawrence 'demon'

London, May 21 (IANS) Scottish actor James McAvoy says actress Jennifer Lawrence is a "demon" because she can easily match up to most men with her drinking and fighting skills.

McAvoy appears alongside the Oscar winning beauty in the new movie "X Men: Days of Future Past" and he was surprised by how well she kept up with her male counterparts on set.

"She's a demon, period. She can throw a punch, she's got a good shot, she can drink. She's proper. I like that girl,"contactmusic.com quoted him as saying.

McAvoy , who plays Professor Charles Xavier in the movie, is no stranger to starring with beautiful leading ladies after he appeared in 2008 film "Wanted" opposite Angelina Jolie.
