Janani Iyer in 'Ma Chu Ka'

Janani Iyer will next play the lead female role in the upcoming movie titled ‘Ma Chu Ka’. The movie is the debut directorial venture of Jayan Vanneri.

‘Ma Chu Ka’ is the short form of Manja, Chuvappu, Karuppu. The title means deep pain in the Brazilian language. The film is a psycho thriller.

Janani Iyer does Nivedita Haran, a journalist. Prathap Pothen and Tamil actor Pasupathy also do prominent roles.

The movie narrates the incidents that happen in the life of two individuals with the intrusion of a third person. ‘Ma Chu Ka’ will be released in both Malayalam and Tamil.
