Jewel Mary to be Mammootty's heroine?

Jewel Mary is known to television viewers as one of the anchors of the reality show “D for dance”, aired by Mazhavil Manorama. If the reports are to be believed, she is making her acting debut.

She will be paired with Mammootty in her debut movie, ‘Pathemari’ to be directed by Salim Ahmed. Earlier it was through Mammootty-Salim Ahmed team’s ‘Kunjananthante Kada’, that Nyla Usha made her debut.

‘Pathemari’ is the story of an emigrant named Pallikkal Narayanan played by Mammootty. Jewel will play Nalini, wife of Narayanan.

Sreenivasan, Siddique, Salim Kumar, Yavanika Gopalakrishnan, and Joy Mathew are also seen in major roles. The movie is expected to start rolling from next month.

Madhu Ambatt is in charge of the photography and Rasool Pookkuutty will manage the sound recording of ‘Pathemari’.
