Jolly LLB to be remade in Tamil

Jolly LLB, is a 2013 Hindi film featuring Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani, Saurabh Shukla and Amrita Rao directed by Subhash Kapoor. The film was a court room comedy drama which was liked by the audience.

This film now comes to Tamil under the production of Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies. It will also feature Udhayanidhi Stalin in the lead role with Radha Ravi doing Saurabh Shukla’s role and Prakash Raj doing Boman Irani’s role.

The film as yet untitled will be directed by Ahamed who was earlier announced to make Idhayam Murali with Udhay Stalin but the project is put on hold as of now. The shooting of the film is expected to start around the last week of August. It has to be recalled that Saurabh Shukla got the National Award for Best Supporting Actor for this film.
