Journalist Leela Menon turns actor

Veteran journalist Leela Menon is making her debut in acting. She will make her debut in ‘Zebra Varakal’ directed by Sajin Lal.

Leela Menon will play the role of a journalist in the movie. The story, script, and dialogues are written by journalist and writer J Xavier. ‘Zebra Varakal’ is a novel written by J Xavier.

The film narrates the mental agony and emotional bonding between a father, who is a politician, and his daughter, a journalist.

Thiruvananthapuram, Kannur, and Ernakulam are the main locations. ‘Zebra Varakal’ is produced by F Shamnath under the banner Hashmi International.
