Kajal Aggarwal roped in for 'Indian 2'

Actress Kajal Aggarwal has confirmed that she will be acting opposite actor Kamal Haasan in the sequel to his 1996 blockbuster ‘Indian’.

Titled ‘Indian 2’, the film will be helmed by Shankar, who had directed the prequel. Nedumudi Venu, who played the CBI officer in the original, has been retained for the sequel. The movie will have music by Anirudh Ravichander.

It’s produced by Lyca Productions. The shooting will commence on December 14. Ravi Varman is in charge of cinematography. Details of the cast are under wraps.
