Kamal Haasan breaks his leg but is getting better

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan who had recently returned from shooting a schedule of his trilingual Sabash Naidu/Kundu from Los Angeles was to leave for London this weekend to receive a life time award from an organization. But fate had a different plan and the actor fell down the stairs of his office in Alwarpet in the wee hours of Wednesday, the 13th July.

He was immediately rushed to Apollo Hospitals in Chennai where doctors performed a surgery and was moved to special ward later on. The reports are that he has fractured his right leg and needs bed rest for a few weeks.

His daughter Shruti Haasan took to her Twitter page to say, “Thankyou for all your messages of concern and well wishes - my father is doing much better!”. Nowrunning wishes Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan a speedy recovery! Click the Movie button below for more info:
