Kamal Haasan on his political entry

Kamal Haasan has been very vociferous about the political scenario these days and he is expressing himself very freely in social media platforms and in press meets. The question about his political entry has been in the minds of his followers.

To add more weightage to this, Kamal Haasan met Arvind Kejriwal, the CM of Delhi yesterday at his Alwarpet residence. His younger daughter Akshara Haasan received the Delhi CM at the airport.

Later on, in an interview to India Today channel, Kamal said, “I am ready to join politics and become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Someone has to wear the leader’s cap. It will be a crown of thorns. Someone has to clean the dirt and make this place habitable for people. I’m not hungry for power but will seize the opportunity if that’s the only way to deliver for the people. I’m going to meet people, step by step, and give them a clear roadmap”. About his meeting with Arvind Kejriwal, Kamal said it was a learning curve for him.
