Kamal Haasan's health condition

Kamal Haasan who is currently busy with Papanasam, the Tamil remake of the Malayalam superhit Drishyam was in the news for a different reason.

The talented artist and the legend of Tamil cinema was hospitalized in one of Chennai’s premier hospitals for reasons of food poisoning. Naturally his fans and well-wishers were very anxious and worried. Later it was reported that the actor was discharged and is recuperating well.

Kamal is presently shooting in various parts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala for Papanasam in which Gauthami plays the role of his wife and Nivedha Thomas of Jilla and Naveena Saraswathy Sabadham fame plays his teenage daughter.

Papanasam is directed by Jeetu Joseph. Ghibran is in charge of music, Sujith Vasudev is behind the camera while noted writer Jayamohan takes care of dialogues. The film is produced by Wide Angle Creations and Rajkumar Theatres Private Limited.
