Kamal joins twitter

This is an age of social media where every actor, small or big, is active in social networking platforms where they interact with their fans and get a firsthand account of how they are perceived in the real world.

The latest one to join Twitter is Kamal Haasan with a twitter handle @ikamalhaasan yesterday the 26th January on the Republic Day and it immediately got verified with an avalanche of followers. Currently the actor is following 13 handles, out of which Gautami, Shruti Haasan and writer Jeyamohan are from the film side.

Kamal Haasan started his tweet, “India's freedom struggle remains unique even today. Respecting it is d only way to keep it & set new world standards” with the National Anthem sung by the actor as YouTube video. It has to be noted that Kamal already has a YouTube channel through which he sends out videos to his fans.
