Kamal title for Siva Karthikeyan

Siva Karthikeyan who started his career in television has made it successful in films too. His films starting from Marina, 3, Ethir Neechal, Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga, Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam to Maan Karate have made it good at the box office. The actor is now working in a film that was initially titled as Taana but is now changed to Kaakki Sattai, the title of Kamal Haasan’s movie of 1985.

For the first time in his career, Siva K will be doing the role of a police officer and is quite thrilled about it as his father was also a cop. About his role in the film he says, “I play the role of a cop called Madhimaran who has certain expectations about his profession. The happenings around Madhimaran have been dealt in an interesting way in Kaakki Sattai”.

Sri Divya plays the heroine while Durai Senthilkumar of Ethir Neechal fame is directing the film.
