Kamal to appear in a commercial for the first time

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan who has never in his career appeared in a commercial will break his rules and will be seen in a commercial for Pothys, a leading textile brand in Tamil Nadu.

It has been said that the ad will be directed by comedian and ad-filmmaker Krishna soon in Chennai, at specially erected sets. Krishna has earlier worked with the likes of Allu Arjun and Dhanush in a few commercials.

Inside sources aver that the popular actor has been paid a whopping amount for this. Since the festive season of Diwali is round the corner, the ad will be focusing on the brand for the festival of lights. It has to be noted that his elder daughter Shruti Haasan has endorsed Pothy’s boutique a few years ago. The brand is sure at an advantageous when Ulaganayagan himself has come for forward to endorse their shop.
