'Kanal' making in progress

The shooting of Mohanlal-Padmakumar team’s upcoming movie ‘Kanal’ is currently in progress.

The film is a revenge story scripted by S Suresh Babu. Anoop Menon also does a prominent role in the movie. Honey Rose is the heroine.

'Kanal' which has the tag line "Every end has an old beginning" revolves around two people who get entrapped in Dubai during recession and later they get back to Kerala.

Mumbai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Dubai are the main locations. The movie also features Athul Kulkarni, Prathap Pothen, Nikhita, and Sheelu Abraham in pivotal roles.

'Kanal' is produced by Abraham Mathew under the banner of Abam Movies. The lyrics by Madhu Vasudev are tuned by Ouseppachen. Vinod Illampilly is the cameraman.
