'Kanthari' started rolling

'Kanthari' the debut directorial venture of Ajmal featuring Rachana Narayanankkutty in the key role has started rolling.

'Kanthari' is a thriller which takes a peek at certain social issues and the film focuses on individuals who are not accepted by the mainstream society.

'Olipporu' fame Subhiksha plays a Muslim girl named Sulthana in 'Kanthari'. Shekhar Menon, Sreejith Ravi, Sunil Sugatha, Kalinga Sasi, and Chembil Asokan are the other prominent actors.

‘Kanthari’ is produced by R Prabhu Kumar under the banner of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Productions.
