'Kanyaka Talkies' to theaters

‘Kanyaka Talkies’ won the State Film Award for the Best debut director, the Best Sound Recordist, the Best Second Actress, and was also selected to be showcased in various Film Festivals including the Goa Film Festival and Indian Panorama.

The movie is slated to be released on July 10th. The film directed by K R Manoj revolves around a B-grade movie theater in a village in Kerala in the 80s and 90s. The theater is transformed into a church and a gripping story follows.

Sudheer Karamana, Murali Gopi, Lena, Sunil Sugatha, Maniyanpilla Raju, and Indrans include the main cast of ‘Kanyaka Talkies’.
