Karu Palaniappan begins his next film Kallan

Director Karu Palaniappan is known for his films Pirivom Sandippom, Parthiban Kanavu and Sivappadhigaram to name some. He had also acted in a film called Mandira Punnagai which was met with a lukewarm response at the box office.

He will once again be seen in front of the camera in a film titled Kallan which will be directed by Chandra who had apprenticed with director Ameer. The film started its shoot in Kochi from yesterday, the 25th November. Producer Mathiazhagan cranked the camera and began the shoot.

Nikitha from New Delhi will be debuting as heroine in this film while Namo Narayana and Sounder Raja form part of the supporting cast. After Kochi, the team plans to complete the shoot in a single schedule that will go on for 45 days in places like Theni, Bodimettu areas. Click the Movie button below for more info:
