Keerthy Suresh for Vijay's 60th film

Keerthy Suresh who has been basking in the glory of success with her recent film Rajini Murugan should be all the more elated now. The young actress has been roped in as the lady lead for Ilayathalapathy Vijay for his 60th film to be directed by Bharathan.

There were many names that were suggested and considered by the team and finally the offer has fallen on the lap of Keerthy Suresh.

Keerthy made her Tamil debut through director AL Vijay’s Idhu Enna Mayam which did not do too well at the box office. Her Telugu release Nenu Sailaja which was a hit. The actress is a part of many Tamil films like Paambu Sattai with Booby Simhaa, Mirattu (Rail) with Dhanush and an untitled film with Sivakarthikeyan.
