What is Kick-2 about?

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's Kick 2 went on floors Wednesday. The makers claim that the film is an extension of the 2009 Telugu blockbuster, Kick but not a sequel of the original. They say the story follows the son of the lead characters of Kick.

Surender Reddy, who helmed Kick, is directing Kick 2 as well. Actor Kalyan Ram is producing it under his home banner NTR Arts. Milky Beauty Tamannah is playing the female lead in the movie. Thaman is the music director.
