Lal to play Prithviraj's father

According to latest reports, Lal will play the father of Prithviraj in the upcoming romantic movie ‘Ennu Ninte Moideen’. The movie is based on a real life incident that occurred in the 1960s.

Prithviraj and Parvathy Menon play Moideen and Kanjana. In spite of their divine love, they cannot unite due to the barriers build by religion in the society. R S Vimal who had earlier directed a documentary based on this is the director of this movie too. The documentary has won many awards and accolades.

Sreejith Ravi, Bala, and Lena do the other important roles. 'Ennu Ninte Moideen' is produced by Suresh Raj and Binoy Sankarath under the banner of Newton Movies.

Lal was awarded this year’s Kerala State Film Award for the Best Actor along with Fahad Fazil.
