Lawrence falls sick, hospitalized

Raghava Lawrence who has been supporting the jallikattu movements through various means had fallen sick last night (20th January) at Marina, Chennai.

He had apparently been admitted at a local hospital due to an unbearable neck pain while protesting in Marina beach. He was in fact seen at the Marina beach wearing a neck guard. The photos of Raghava Lawrence that were taken in clearly showed that he was not well. It was also said that the Kanchana actor is severely infected with throat infection as well.

The actor continues to support the cause when he had handed over an amount of Rs one crore to take care of the needs of the protesters. In fact, he was one of the first few celebrities who came forward to talk about jallikattu. He had also postponed his Sivalinga press meet because of this.
