Lingaa gets U certificate

Easily, the most awaited film of the year, Lingaa starring the superstar Rajinikanth is all set to meet its date with the theatre on 12th December on the iconic star’s birthday. The film stars Sonakshi Sinha who is making her Kollywood debut with Lingaa, Anushka Shetty, Karunakaran, Santhanam and many others.

Rathnavelu Randy has cinematographed the film with impressive music of A R Rahman augmenting the feel. Rockline Venkatesh produces the film with K S Ravikumar wielding the directorial baton. The film has been completed at a record time of six months.

Lingaa went for censors and like most of Rajinikanth’s film, Lingaa has also emerged completely unscathed getting a U certification making it suitable for family audience.
