Lyca Productions donate five crores to TN flood relief

Lyca Productions, the production house that was slammed during the release of Vijay’s Kaththi for its alleged Sri Lankan connections with Rajapakse, has donated a huge sum of Rs five crores to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s flood relief fund.


The chairman and founder of Lyca Group, Allirajan Subaskaran gave away the money in the form of cheque to Shanmugam, the State Financial Secretary of Chief Minister's flood relief fund.


It has to be noted that this production house is bankrolling director Shankar’s magnum opus titled as 2.0 which is the sequel of Enthiran. They are also likely to produced director Suseenthiran’s next with Jayam Ravi. They are currently producing GV Prakash’s film Enakku Innoru Peru Irukku with Kayal Anandhi. Earlier on they had distributed Naanum Rowdy Dhaan and would be involved in the distribution of Visaranai, Tharai Thappattai and Acham Enbadhu Madamaiyada.
