Madhu-Sharada Jodi again

Madhu-Sharada Jodi is back to the silver screen after a long gap. They will act together in Sreekumaran Thambi’s upcoming movie ‘Ammakkoru Tharattu’.

The 1980 movie ‘Akalangalil Abhayam’ was the last film in which they were paired. The movie directed by Jeassy was a success at that time.

The pair has acted together in many movies. Madhu shared screen space with Sharada in the two movies – ‘Thulabharam’ and ‘Swayamvaram’- which won the Urvashi Award for Sharada.

Whenever these yester year stars teamed up, Malayalees were blessed to have good films. Sreekumaran Thambi’s new film also may hopefully enter this list.
