Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Santhosh Sivan in the list of People of the Year

Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Santhosh Sivan are included in the list of People of the Year in the Limca Book of Records. Limca honored twenty film personalities in their special edition published as a part of the centenary celebration of Indian cinema.

The event saw prominent personalities from the film fraternity and the Minister of Information and Broadcasting Manish Tiwari, the chief guest for the event, gave away the honors.

In addition to Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Santhosh Sivan, the other luminaries included in the list are Kamalahasan, Nazaruddin Shah, Shabana Azmi, Mira Nair, Maniratnam, Gulsar, Prabhudeva, Janu Baruva, Sreekar Prasad, Bhanu Athayya, Vidya Balan.
