Asif Ali plays driver to lady police officers

Asif Ali will play the role of the driver of lady police officers in the upcoming film ‘Driver on Duty’. Directed by Manoj Palodan, the movie is a comic film with Asif Ali playing a humorous character.

‘Driver on Duty’ unmasks the problems and issues faced by the lady police officers in rural areas. There is no male officer in the lady police station. It is in this circumstance Asif Ali joins the station as their driver and the resulting humorous events are plotted in this film.

According to unconfirmed reports, South Indian actress Remya Krishnan will do the lead role in this film. The other cast is not yet finalized. The movie is expected to start rolling from August.
