'Celluloid' ready for release

Kamal’s ‘Celluloid’ narrating the life and times of the Father of Malayalam cinema, J C Daniel, is ready for release. The script is also penned by Kamal.

Produced under the banner of Primetime Cinema, the movie casts Prithviraj, Mamta Mohandas, and new face Chandni in the lead roles.

Sreenivasan, Nedumudi Venu, Siddique, Irshad, Thambi Antony, Talaivasal Vijay, T G Ravi, Chembil Asokan, Sreejith Ravi, Jayaraj Varier, Ramesh Pisharody, Sruthi, Saifunnisa, and Ambika Nair also include the cast list.

M Jayachandran composes music for the lines of Rafeeq Ahmed and Chandrasekharan Engandiyoor.
