'Disco' has no heroine

Lijo Jose Pellisserry’s ‘Disco’ has no heroine. In the midst of new generation movies which include women-oriented stories and those with female characters in equal roles with that of male characters, Lijo Jose Pellisserry calls his new film as one without a heroine.

Lijo tells that his new film is a gangster comedy. ‘Disco’ includes the elements of both a comedy film and a gangster film. Fahad Fazil-Indrajith team of the divine comedy ‘Amen’ is seen in the lead role in ‘Disco’ too.

The movie is set in the backdrop of the beaches in Goa. The story and script are prepared by Ayyappan and Shahaladharan. The movie is expected to start rolling from October.
