Malayalam films to Bollywood

A host of Malayalam films are being remade into Bollywood after the great success of Siddique’s ‘Body Guard’. The first in the list is Rajesh Pillai’s ‘Traffic’. The Hindi remake of ‘Traffic’ will soon start rolling.

Another in the list is Lijo Jose Pellisserry’s ‘Amen’ which stars Fahad Fazil and Indrajith in the lead roles. Bijoy Nambiar will make the film in Hindi. Ranbir Kapoor will be the hero.

Lal Jose’s Prithviraj starrer ‘Ayalum Njanum Thammil’ is another project to be remade in Hindi by Prithviraj himself.

The remake rights of ‘Diamond Necklace’, directed by Lal Jose, with Fahad Fazil in the lead role have also been sold to Hindi.
