Mohanlal as Dr Sunny again

Mohanlal enacted the role of the psychiatrist Dr Sunny in the film Manichithrathazhu directed by Fazil. Now the actor will enact the same role in a film to be directed by Priyadarshan. The makers have said that they have taken permission from the director and writer of Manichithrathazhu to include the role of Dr Sunny in the film.

While the film will be produced by Antony Perumbavur, the cast and crew of the film will be announced later. Also, the film will not have any connection with Manichithrathazhu except for the role of Dr Sunny. The character will be shown like solving a new case in the film.
