'One Day Jokes' - a silent movie

Another silent movie after the 1987 film ‘Pushpaka Vimanam’ is undergoing its preproduction works. ‘Pushpaka Vimanam’ which casts Kamal Hassan and Amala in the main roles was a blockbuster.

Titled ‘One Day Jokes’, the movie is scripted and directed by Santhosh G. According to the director, the film which gives prominence to humor has a novel story and way of presentation. The complete story unfolds inside a house.

The movie narrates the story of Malayalees who lead lavish and extravagant life and the consequences they have to face in life. Sreejith Vijay, Jagadish, Anoop Chandran, Rachana, and Rupasri are cast in the main roles.

G Unnikrishnan Nair produces ‘One Day Jokes’ under the banner of Mullasseril G and S Productions. Vinod Madhu handles the camera. The movie started rolling in Kayamkulam.
