Mammootty again in Tamil

Mammootty again acts in a Tamil movie. The movie titled ‘Peranbu’ is directed by National Award winner Ram.

South Indian actress Anjali is the heroine. The film is scripted by Ram himself. Child artist Sadhana who won the National Award for her performance in ‘Thankameenkal’ also does a prominent role.

Yuvan Sankar Raja composes music for the lyrics penned by N A Muthukumar.

Mammootty is acting in a Tamil movie after 6 years. ‘Thalapathy’, ‘Azhagan’, Aanantham’, and ‘Kandukondein Kandukondein’ are Mammootty’s major movies in Tamil. Mammootty’s last Tamil movie was ‘Vandae Maatharam’ released in 2010.
