Mammootty lights lamp for 'Vaarthakal Ithuvare' puja

Actor Mammootty was the chief guest at the puja and switch-on ceremony of Siju Wilson starrer "Vaarthakal Ithuvare", which was held at Olive Down Town Hotel, Kadavanthara in Ernakulam. The actor lit the lamp for the function.

Siju Wilson, Abhirami Bhargavan and writer-director P. Balachandran among others were present on the occasion.

Directed by debutant Manoj Nair, the film stars newcomer Abhirami Bhargavan as the female lead. Nandu and Mamukkoya also include in the cast.

This fun thriller is produced by Biju Thomas and Giby Parackal. Eldho Issac is the cinematographer of the movie while R. Sreejith handles editing.

Mejjo Josseph tunes the lyrics penned by Kaithapram, Vayalar S. Varma and Harinarayan.
